Live..Lough...Love: July 2014

This was my first trip with my wife (Anitha) after marriage (27th June to 30th June 2014), As I booked ticket early we manage to get agent to booked hotel and as well as our 2 days tour there.Thanks to my beloved wife to convince me for this trip, since I was not feeling well (vomiting for the whole week).

Our flight taken off from KLIA2-1.15pm(MY time) and touchdown Krabi Airport around 2.40pm(TH time).

Upon arrival we were welcomed by our travel agent, among us there were seven chinese ladies from Malaysia also joining with us.

Day 1 - Tiger Cave Temple

First of all we was bring to Tiger Cave Temple is Buddhist Temple located near to Krabi Airport, we spent around 45 minutes, it is well known for tiger paw prints in the cave.There are Golden Buddha statute at the top of the mountain, but we did not manage to go since time consuming.

After Tiger Cave Temple, We were bring to one of the Krabi Souvenirs shop, the shop actually selling thai silk scarves,carved wooden objects, silver jewellery, sarongs, leather goods are also available here, only at a slight premium price.

After 15 minutes in Krabi Souvenirs shop, finally our travel agent bring us to hotel, Aonang Princeville Resort and Spa.This hotel located just infront of beach with the fantastic sunset view point.The large swimming pool is in the center of the resort .For those who love to relax ,you can be pampered with our special treatment from Princeville Spa and massage.From my point of view, the hotel room was spacious and decorated nicely as we were the honeymooners.The food was great and I like the location.Near to the beach and souvenir shops,restaurants and many mores.Hotel offer other services such as Krabi tour,island hoping and other interesting activities.

Day 2 - 4 Island Trip by Long Tail Boat
We was told by our travel agent, to be ready by 8.30 TH time at our hotel.We were bring to the river bank which is 15 minute from our hotel.Just off the coast of Krabi at Ao Nang, the 4 Islands are the most convenient, easiest and cheapest way to get a true idea of what a tropical Island is. If you only visit one place in Krabi , then these Islands must be right there at the top of the list.

The Four Krabi Islands are: Tale-Whak, Chicken Island, Porda Island, Koh Tub & Pra-Nang Bay.

Porda Island (Real Nature)
It’s a very small Island; you can walk around the Island on a very white sandy beach within 30 minutes. No hotel, No restaurant, No house, alone island –just you and the nature.

Pra-Nang Bay
In the part, a princess had escaped with a big treasure from the Palace to stay in the Cave of this bay. You can discover that cave on the beach here.Its a very famous cave,location of a princess spirit house'respected and worshiped by local people

Thale-Whake/Tup Island (Separated Sea)
One moment in time (Just 40 minutes) the sea will be separated from One Island to the Other Island. Make a very beautiful white sand road. You can walk pass, but must be right back in time before the road is escaped.Is one of the Thailand's unseen highlights,situated along Koh Dam Khwan.As the tide recedes, the sea gradually separated by white sand and limestone beach that will appear to amazingly connect the two islands at low tide.

Chicken Island
Remember the name and you'll remember its funny rock shape,the far sight of the Island look like the chicken but around of this Island you can play with a million kinds of fishes and Coral Reef. Best Point for Snorkeling in Krabi.

Around 3.00pm we manage to complete our tour, while coming back to start point, there was heavy wind and bigger wave. That was good adventure and experience for both of us, I was totally wet.

Day 3 - Elephant Trekking

Wake up in the morning, having breakfast and waiting for next trip to Elephant Trekking.The program running every hour and its cost us 800 baht - RM80 per person.We were really enjoy an one hour elephant ride through lush tropical forest.In the mid of the ride, its was heavy rain and both of us was totally wet and cold.
